About Scanplus locating
Scan Plus Locating Ltd. is locally owned and operated, providing ground penetrating radar and locate services for Vancouver Island, the Gulf Islands and the Sunshine Coast with units dispatched from the Greater Victoria and Nanaimo areas. ScanPlus utilizes the very latest in Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) Technology, Electromagnetic and Ferrous Metal Detection to assist in the location of underground services, including underground fuel storage tanks (USTs) on residential and commercial properties.

ScanPlus technicians are fully certified Ground Penetrating Radar specialist acquiring training through Bigman Geophysical llc in Norcross GA, Geophysical Survey Systems Inc. (GSSI) in San Mateo California, Ingegneria Dei Sistemi (IDS) in Denver Colorado, BC Construction Safety Alliance (BCCSA) and BC Common Ground Alliance located in Vancouver BC Canada. Training is ongoing each year in order to maintain the highest qualifications available.
